Fiance.com works with more than 200 marriage agencies throughout the Former Soviet Union. Agencies help Russian and Ukrainian women who do not have internet access. These agencies do everyday work in the local offices: they interview women, collect information, provide support for the correspondence, tour arrangements and so forth - all of these activities are important bricks of the Russian mail order brides industry.

Fiance.com has three types of membership. When you try to use contact options or make a request on the site for the first time you will be asked to register. Registration is free. Your personal account with login and password will be set up. You will be given Basic membership level.

With Free Basic membership you can:

• set up your personal profile with 1 photograph to be listed in our Gentlemen catalogue;
• receive e-mails from the Ladies who write to you first;
• upload photographs to attach to e-mail letters you send to the Ladies;
• prepare email templates for first introduction letters, it will speed up a process of sending first introduction letters.
• order services opened currently for the Basic membership for a full price;
• upgrade to Premium or V.I.P membership.

To be able to communicate with the ladies via Fiance.com e-mail, access additional stat, order services at significant discounts you need to upgrade to Premium, or V.I.P. membership.

Premium members can:

• set up personal profile with 3 photographs to be listed in our Gentlemen catalogue;
• receive and read e-mails from the Ladies who write to you first;
• send unlimited, not edited introduction emails with photographs to the Ladies. Not-edited means: you can write any contact information in the email, such as your personal email, address telephone. With a small monthly membership you can talk directly to any Lady on our site;
• chat with Ladies who are online and available for chatting;
• continue email unlimited exchange with independent Ladies. (Independent means: Lady has her personal email);
• Continue correspondence with Ladies with agency emails for a discounted mail forwarding cost. Thus ladies who do not have internet access and e-mail can receive your emails, and reply immediately from our affiliated agency offices. Current mail forwarding is $8 per letter/reply.
• order "other services", or services a discounted price; for example for Flower and Gifts delivery Premium members get 10% discount. Translated phone conference is $5 set up, and $3 per minute, compare to $10 for Basic members;
• upgrade to V.I.P membership.

V.I.P members can:

• set up personal profile with 6 photographs to be listed in our Gentlemen catalogue;
• receive and read e-mails from the Ladies who write to you first;
• send unlimited, not edited introduction emails with photographs to the Ladies. Not-edited means: you can write any contact information in the email, such as your personal email, address telephone. We do not have any robots, or editors to edit your messages as other introduction sites have sometime to eliminate members from contacting each other directly. With a small monthly membership you can talk directly to any Lady on our site;
• chat with Ladies who are online and available for chatting;
• continue email unlimited exchange with all Ladies. There is no additional mail forwarding charges as for Premium members. All images are transmitted fro free.
